Our Approach
We deliberately lead people into - and back out of - the mess. We firmly believe that groups and individuals do their best thinking when they have the opportunity and ability to deconstruct ideas and to rebuild them into actionable solutions together. Rather than overdesigning sessions for a specific outcome, we welcome people into the tensions that we face in our own preparation. We come with drafts and proposals and we want the group to question, deconstruct, or even destroy them so we can build them better together. In the mess, we will ask questions, explore new ideas, and bring to life a vision for your team.
We balance empathy, vulnerability, confidence, and humility with humor. Participants and individuals may not always agree and sometimes that can bring a team to a standstill. By bringing levity into a room, we build rapport with leaders at all different levels of an organization, thus creating space for broader perspective. It also makes our work more fun!
We follow the work where it takes us, even when it is not always glamorous. In program management like in strategic planning, we know that we can only be successful if we are willing to do some of the heavy lifting ourselves. Plans can tell us where we are headed, but it requires a team of people working together to get to the finish line. We want to be part of your team.
