Hannah Riviere-Platt

I am passionate about helping leaders turn their vision into reality, motivating teams to achieve organizational excellence, and streamlining operational systems to maximize impact. I thrive in the face of never before seen challenges and I am known for creative problem-solving, high quality execution, and driving organizational coherence through inclusive leadership. I specialize in strategic planning and communications, program and project management, and interim leadership support. As an independent consultant, I have been fortunate to serve clients in education, a space that is near and dear to my heart, while also expanding into new sectors, such as philanthropy, the financial sector, economic development, and the non-profit space.  At my core, I am dedicated to elevating the power of teams to achieve a common vision.

Prior to launching my own consultancy, I worked at the Denver Public Schools for nearly eight years leading high stakes strategic initiatives. As the Director of Strategy, I led the development of the district's multi-year strategic roadmap and the district's COVID response strategy. Prior to joining the Denver Public Schools, I built operational infrastructure in growing start-ups. 

I’ve made my way from Paris to Philadelphia and have now happily called Denver home since 2010. I have a Master’s in Education Policy from the University of Colorado, Denver and a Bachelor’s from Hamilton College. I love to explore the mountains, the country, and the world with my husband, our daughter Cora, and our dog Bosco.
